e+o food and drink is a singular dining experience from restaurateur and celebrity chef Rodelio Aglibot, “The Food Buddha,” in collaboration with Gary Lee Partners. Sharing e+o’s belief that “the relationship between soil and water sustains life,” Gary Lee Partners crafted the interior into a seamless, balanced juxtaposition of simple elements.
