B. HOSPITALITY Co. wanted to add an Italian concept to the city’s West Loop. Inspired by the generation of Italian-American immigrants from the early 20th century, Gary Lee Partners’ design included two components. The primary component of the project was Formento’s, a restaurant that updated the traditional Italian dinner experience for a new generation of guests. Completing the concept was Nonna’s, an attached counter for on-the-go gourmet sandwiches and sundries.

The beauty of the interior, like the food served, lies in its simple construction and very refined execution.
