The mid-rise tower at 4 East Elm added a new luxury residence to the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Gary Lee Partners was hired to provide interior design services for its lobby and public spaces, setting the tone for all the units in the building. Our firm also customized homes for individual owners, such as the residence shown here. Gary Lee Partners was tasked with creating unity between the outer Gold Coast environment and the inner private spaces of its community members.
