Gary Lee Partners worked with Boston’s Broder Properties and local architect Pappageorge Haymes on each of Norweta Row’s unit floor plans to define and optimize each space’s function. The units for Norweta Row were designed in collaboration with the development’s architect and landscape architect. No other residential project in Chicago provides a cohesive experience from the outside to each unit’s interior. With ample light and open layouts, each residence is connected to the exterior elements.
