Gary Lee Partners was hired by Convexity Properties to provide interior design services for the Gold Coast mid-rise tower at 4 East Elm, including the lobby, public spaces, and residences. With a sharp understanding of the target demographic’s desire for modern and sophisticated living, GLP provided a variety of high-end options to create clean, minimal, and thoughtfully detailed interiors.

The design honors the building’s elegant, modern architecture. Emphasis was placed on an open concept plan and floor to ceiling windows to take full advantage of the stunning views of Chicago’s skyline. By providing options to its discerning clients, GLP and the building’s developers allowed each homeowner to customize their residence with a streamlined and sophisticated design.

Completed in 2016, all but just a few of the building’s condos were already under contract. Despite its modern architecture, the building blends in effortlessly with the more traditional neighborhood, contributing to its vibrant personality and offering a contemporary take on sophistication.
