Fifteen years after retaining Gary Lee Partners to design their Sears Tower headquarters, successor venture capital firm GTCR asked GLP to design their new headquarters space on the penthouse floors of Chicago’s newest Class A landmark building, 300 N LaSalle. The new space reflects the firm’s commitment to service excellence through beautifully detailed interiors that take advantage of the expansive Chicago skyline. A palette of warm woods and supple leathers combines with an architecturally integrated partition system, incorporating large glass elements. This fusion provides a rich, modern environment that is supportive of their business goals and objectives.
