One of Chicago’s leading healthcare private equity investors needed a new office for their growing operations and chose the new Class A office tower at 150 N Riverside. 

Gary Lee Partners translated the firm’s commitment to service and excellence into a clean, light, and elegant office space. Employees and guests are greeted by a large, open reception with floor-to-ceiling glass and a powerful stone desk. 

By installing glass fronts on all private offices, our designers maximized the beautiful views of Chicago’s skyline and river. Dark, sumptuous millwork was used along the walls and private office doors in harmonious contrast with the lighter hardwood floors. 

GLP honored the building’s eye-catching architecture and views of the sky in blue accents distributed throughout the office in the forms of velvet wall panels, laquered walls in a hidden beverage cabinet, administrative table tops, and glass markerboards in private offices.
