Gary Lee Partners worked with Broder properties to create the Norweta Club rental and Norweta Row condo experience. The complex features both private and shared amenities, designed in partnership with architect Pappageorge Haymes and landscape architect Site Design Group. 

The project focused on green building standards and creating an experience that blends luxury living with the nurturing outdoors. The three buildings, along with nearly an acre of outdoor space, create a neighborhood. 

Amenities provide a resort-like experience and include a large outdoor pool and deck with outdoor dining and entertaining features, a glass lined fitness center overlooking the pool deck, and a bright, residential lobby with adjoining four seasons room. Private spaces include a hammock lounge, fire pit, pet area, and Zen walking garden. 

Residents of both Norweta Row and Norweta Club are treated to top-of-the-line finishes such as custom kitchens designed by the firm’s principals using Florense’s Brazilian cabinetry, integrated appliance packages from Wolf and Sub-Zero, Hansgrohe faucets, kitchen sinks by Julien, bathroom plumbing fixtures from Duravit, and electronic keyless entries.
